Welcome to Coastal Estate Photography! My name is Destiny Soper, I am a professional photographer specializing in real estate and portfolio building. Here at Coastal Estate Photography we are known for high quality images with a FAST 3 business day turnaround (often sooner). Your photos are guaranteed high quality images uploaded to Dropbox so you can easily download any images of your choice. Simple, and easy to access!
Staging:
If permitted by the home owner we can move furniture around so the rooms photograph beautifully. We also will bring fresh flowers for the homeowner to keep, and also to use as a prop for photos.
Time:
Each home is different, but typically it is about an hour or two to photograph the home. We like to shoot at good times of the day for lighting, typically in the morning or early evening when the lighting is soft. If it is an ocean front home, we also look at the tide charts before planning a time to photograph.
